Applicious is one of the finest candy apple coatings available anywhere.
Just add Applicious to five pounds of sugar and one pint of water. Dissolve sugar and Applicious before mixture begins to boil. Heat to 300 degrees, turn off heat and begin dipping.
Each 15oz pack will make approximately 100-115 medium size apples.
